Our refill appointments generally take 40-45 minutes. However, it depends on how many lashes you have and how much work needs to be done. Our technician will be able to tell you how long your appointment will be prior to starting the service.

Yes, of course! We welcome all customers into our salon’s. It doesn’t matter where you have previously been, our priority is to make your existing lashes look fabulous. 

ou shouldn’t need to wear mascara with Eyelash Extensions! Our preference is that clients don’t wear mascara. If you chose to, we will be able to accommodate for this.

Ideally, we advise clients to not wet their eye area for 24 hours after their appointment. This is to make sure the glue has had time to cure prior to getting wet.

You can clean your extensions with a specifically designed cleanser which is made to clean the lashes without damaging them. We generally have this product in stock and offer this to our clients on conclusion of your appointment.

We cannot ensure that you will have the same technician each time you come in for an appointment. You can always ask what days your technician works, and then you can walk in on those days for your appointment.

Yes! We are a proud stockist of Lash Republic strip lashes and of course we offer application of strip lashes which are perfect for your weekend away or night out!

No, Lash and Brow Co by Zoe does not offer a walk-in service, we would direct all walk-in clients down to our sister business’ Express Yourself with Lashes and Brows.

Yes, Lash and Brow Co by Zoe will still be offering refill appointments. However, we advise that heading into Express Yourself with Lashes and Brows will be much more efficient as we may not be able to accommodate your appointment at all times.

Zoe, one of our founders has been in the industry for over 22 years, specialising in Lash Extensions for nearly 16 years. No, at this stage we are not offering after pay as an option to pay course payments. Internal payment plans are available for those who request them.

Yes! The course fee is inclusive of all required equipment and resources. We will have the kit available for you to use throughout the training course, but we also provide you with the consumables required for you to undertake training to perfection.

Yes, we are very flexible and often offer to all students the ability for them to join our staff for shadowing experience, or to extend their course (at no cost) to ensure that when they complete the course, they are confident in having their own clients and working within the industry.

Our classes are currently a maximum of 4 people in each session. This is to ensure that we offer a direct and personal training experience to our students. 

Yes, this course is hands on. Of course there is a theory aspect within this course, our course is majority hands-on and we appreciate the value of hands-on training with our students.

The final assessment is the only assessment which you are required to complete. This assessment is not a written assessment and there is no written modules within the coursework. Our trainers are very flexible and ready to adapt to suit the students needs.

Yes, you can go on to work in the industry. In some cases, there may be an opportunity to work with us in the future and join our company as a technician. 

This course is a training course only, it does not provide you with an official qualification within the industry. Instead, it provides you with knowledge and hands-on experience in the Eyelash & Beauty space. In this course, we wish to show our students an introduction into the Eyelash & Beauty Industry. Post completion of this course, you will receive a certificate of completion which demonstrates the work and training which you have undertaken while studying with Learn to Lash – This may be recognised by other businesses in the industry.
